What a headline! Did you get a rush of adrenaline reading it? Did you suddenly feel a gush of hope and pride that maybe our long national nightmare might be nearing an end?
Too bad that it isn't true.......yet.
Today I wrote to John Kerry to beg him to go to Crawford to support Cindy Sheehan in demanding that George Bush meet her and explain why her son did not die in vain. Kerry's personal history makes him uniquely suited to lead the political establishment in supporting the Gold Star Mothers and the Veterans for Peace in demanding answers and granting legitimacy to the rapidly forming anti-Iraq War movement.
